Payment Options
For those patients with dental insurance coverage, we will process your insurance claims for you. If you have a co-pay or for any item not covered by your insurance company, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and major credit cards. We also have payment arrangements available on-site. Payment is expected at the time services are performed, unless a payment plan arrangement has been made.
Discounts are provided for services paid-in-full using cash or credit credit card, if paid the day of service.
Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients, we gladly accept your insurance and will act as a third-party billing source for you. This means, our financial coordinators and staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits and submit those to your insurance company for payment. Our staff will also gladly complete a complementary benefits check and coverage estimate for the treatment you need .However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.
The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.
Financing
For those patients who do not have dental insurance coverage or for those whose insurance does not cover their necessary or desired treatments, we are happy to offer payment plans. All payment plans are completed in-house and we have several options for those patients with good and not-so-good credit. A simple meeting with our financial coordinator will ensure your payments are within your budget. Also, the payment is automatically drawn from your bank account on the same day each month. No more writing checks, buying stamps or rushing to the mailbox!
Because our payment plans are completed within our office, there is no need to deal with an outside financial institution. You will know right-away if your financing has been approved and often-times, we can be more flexible with payment amounts and length of financing - helping to make sure you are financially comfortable.
