Wilson Martino Dental's 2023 Extreme Makeover Contest!

The Wilson Martino Dental Extreme Makeover Contest will begin welcoming entries in December of 2022 and January of 2023, with finalists and winners being announced in early 2023.  Here are the details:

• To enter the contest, you must fill out the form below entirely.
• You must include a photo of yourself smiling and a photo of your teeth (close up) with your entry.
• There will be 5 finalists selected, each of whom will receive a complimentary consultation.
• You must be deemed healthy / able to complete the recommended dental treatment, a health screening will take place at the finalists consultation.
• From the 5 finalists, 2 runner up contestants will receive up to $1,000 each in free dental care.   The Grand Prize Winner receives up to $10,000 in free dental care.
• Contestants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the contest.
• Each finalist must agree to full photos and on-camera interviews.
• Winner's treatment progress will be photographed and on video.
• All treatment provided will be determined by the Wilson Martino Dental dentists, with your health in mind.
